Product Description

I.Machine description and working principle

Automatic glue mixing machine is mainly used for a two-component glue( Epoxy/Silicone/PU,etc adhesive), automatic metering and mixing the ratio of glue. the glue are stored in two barrels separately, according the glue weight ratio and volume demand automatic metering by two sets of precision pump, supply to a mixing device fully mixing, and then potting/dispensing the desired products.

Ø Strong electric control system: using imported Panasonic PLC, the original motor, touch screen, electronic components, wiring, dust-proof, anti-static system are designed according to the national standards.

Ø Glue Dispensing Accuracy: high precision  Daheng Double Cylinder Plunger Pump, large glue amount and glue mixing ratio with new technological breakthroughs.

Ø A, B glue liquid level alarm function: Can avoid the glue supplying breaks

Ø Unique timing glue outputting system: Can prevent the glue curved while workers short break, shifts switching.

Ø B Glue curing agent monitor: Prevent the B glue breaking to cause curving problems

Ø Multiple filtering system: From the glue tank to glue head, with multiple filters, to prevent the impurities to glue tank and cause rubber hose or pump stuck

Ø Equipped with A glue heating device: heat and increase the liquidity of glue while using in a low temperature environment.

Ø Automatic cleaning system: using two tanks to store, only dynamic mixing the glue at the mixing tube. Easy to clean after usage.

Ø Dispensing, potting all in one design, automatic operation. Mixing and using at the same time.
